  • We get discounted freight tariff from FEDEX due to volume of business we do with FEDEX. This discounted freight tariff is passed on to our customers. Also we can get from them SPOT RATES depending upon order volume.

Samples
We encourage our buyers to ask for sample when they are ordering in  bulk. This will avoid any future problem arising out of difference in specifications, understanding or communication.
 
We normally give samples FREE of COST* from running production (upto USD 10.00 unit value)
 

But we expect buyer to pay for the courier cost to keep our cost low. Therefore our customers need to give us their international courier account no. with courier like FEDEX/DHL/UPS to send sample in their account so that their account can be billed for courier charges.

*Buyer need to pay for following samples alongwith courier cost

  • where buyer need exact sample as per their color/design/pattern
  • unit value of sample is more than USD10.00
Payment

We accept payment via fiollowing methods

1)  Bank TT (also called bank transfer or Wire) --prefered method for sending payment, being safe  and most cost effective.

2) Paypal-We can accept it for smaller order upto USD 500. In case of payment by PAYPAL, following condition apply

PAYPAL normally donot charge sender for making payment but charges beneficiary. In case of international payment, this cost  as PAYPAL  fee/charges for us is  6.90% . We share 50% of PAYPAL charges with our buyers.


   

Method of working
We normally follow following steps
 

a) Taking product specification from buyer:-

 

We normally need following information to start

  • Fabric composition like whether it is cotton, polyester, blend or other fibres
  • Fabric density like yarn count & thread count per inch
  • Pattern
  • Picture of fabrics/design/product
  • Special finish applied, if any
  • If you donot have all of the above information, a rough sketch with as many information as possible to explain product is workable

Based on the specification, we calculate cost of the product demanded & make a competitive offer.

 

b) Once prices has been accepted, we move to sample approval process.

 

We encourage our buyers to ask for sample when they are ordering for bulk production. This will avoid any future problem arising out of difference in specifications, understanding or communication.

 

Photo approval is another method of sample approval but there still remains certain issues in this method as fabric can not be felt on pictures. Further there remain certain issue with respect to weight & color which cannot be fully communicated via picture or video.

 

We normally give samples FREE of COST* from running production. But buyers need to pay for exact samples which need development on our part.

 

c) Order acceptance

 

Once sample has been approved, we move to order acceptance stage. In case samples are accepted with comments, we either make another sample immediately or agree to  send first production piece from production lot to buyer.

 

Next step is order acceptance by way of Purchase order from buyer and sending our Proforma Invoice statring all product specifications, business terms and bank informations.

 

As soon as agreed upfront payment is received, we start production.

 

d) Production

 

Once payment  is received, we start production to meet delivery deadlines. we keep on updating our buyers with the progress of order.

 

e) Shipping

 

On completion of production, finishing and packingce is done as per buyer requirement. Before making shipment, final invoice is sent to buyer to approve it before handing over the shipmernt to shipping company. Once shipment has been effected, tracking number or shipment documents scan is send to buyer.

 

f) Receipt of goods at buyer warehouse & feedback

 

We keep track of shipment till shipment reaches buyer and ask for buyer feedback.

How can I save in shipping cost?

  • Where the freight is paid--at the origin or at destination (Normally freight cost per kg is less if freight is paid at the origin)

How can I get samples FREE OF COST, if I donot have  international courier account no. with FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT etc.?
In case buyer  donot have international courier account no., they can arrange pick up through FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT by paying them in their city for courier cost. Upon payment of courier cost, they will be given reference no. which can be given to us for sending sample.
 
Do I need to take insurance of my goods?
You can take insurance of your goods which have been ordered on FOB or C&F basis. In case you want, we can arrange insurance for you on payment basis.
 
Can buyer arrange shipping for goods themselves?
Customer can arrange Shipping themselves by giving their  FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT or engaging their shipping company.
 
In case I am planning import by sea mode, do I need to import only in Full container load (FCL mode)?
No, you can import in smaller quantities by sea-freight as well   (also known as LCL mode)
